So Luke is just simply adorable and I had to share a few things. The other night I went to the movies with my girlfriends (chick flick night - yay!!!) which means I left Luke & Curtis alone to do guy things like watch Sesame Street!!! Luke is absolutely in love with Big Bird!!!!
Anyways, while I was out apparently Luke was telling Daddy that he wanted Mommy - it just is so precious. He has a sign that he does for want (it is really the sign for more but he uses it for want instead - who are we to argue) so he was going to Curtis signing want and saying Mom-Mom. When Curtis asked if he wanted milk Luke shook his head no and then Curtis would ask do you want Mommy? Luke would shake his head yes....this just makes me so happy.
Here's Another cute Lukeism - Luke is really getting used to his schedule and has lately been letting us know when he is ready for bed by pointing towards his room or grabbing our hand and leading us to his room.
Well the other night we had already gotten him ready for bed and just needed to brush his teeth and we could see he was getting tired so one of us asked, "Luke you ready for bed?" Luke shook he head yes and then realized what he did and quickly tried to retract that statement by shaking his head No. Well we decided to go with the first answer and brushed his teeth and got him in bed. He was out within 5 minutes!!!
