So we have begun the BIG TRANSITION, Luke is sleeping in his own room in his crib. We miss him being in our room already! We started last night and he ended up sleeping in his room most of the night. He slept a lot yesterday so he was wide awake at 4am. We brought him back into our room to sit with us and hopefully go back to sleep after a feed. He did eventually!
Tonight we have put him back in his room and so far he is sound asleep and happy. We are trying to start a nighttime routine, tonight Luke got a bath (which he is really starting to enjoy - meaning no screaming bloody murder!) and I read a few little books to him.
It is so crazy how quickly you get attached to your new little housemate. It makes you wonder what you were doing before he came into your life. Though so many things in life are similar that way you just don't know what you are missing out on until you discover the new thing to give all your attention to!
I just love posting pictures (I don't know how to add to a separate webpage) - I guess this is my way of showing everyone our adorable baby without shoving it down their throats in person!
