The buyers accepted our counter offer last night!!! Whoohoo....now the real challenge begins (as if being new parents isn't enough of a challenge!).
Here is a pic of the house, of course we still need to go through inspection but barring any major problems we could be in a house by Halloween!!!!!!! Now that is truly an exciting thought.

Congrats guys!! You will absolutely love it I'm sure!! And what a great time to buy! The house is super cute - it looks like our one in Santa Clara actually - color and all!! :) How big is it, do you have a backyard for the dogs and Luke? Is it near work, etc.??
