So the three of us are yet again in a messy home. The a/c unit began leaking again last week and we had the professionals back in our apt dehumidifying the place and the carpets ripped up. We are so over being in our apartment and are ready for the responsibility of a house! Especially a place that has a yard!!!
We went on a big search of homes on Friday and saw one we like. We are waiting to see if our low offer will be accepted. Fingers crossed it will be though owning a house does bring in its own share of headaches we are just so ready to lay some roots and not have to deal with this nightmare of an apartment.
Think good thoughts for us...even if it ends up not being this house we just offered on I'm hoping to get the vibe out there that maybe there is a house somewhere in Burbank just waiting for the Shipman's to take over!!!
