Halloween

Our kid has quite a set of ears!!

We had a little shindig at our new house for Halloween this year. Since we were having trick or treaters we thought it would be fun to have a party while kids are getting candy. We manically got the house in "order" or at least somewhat of an ordered chaos Thursday night before the party. As many of you know we downsized a lot going from our apartment into our small house.

Anyways, we had a lovely evening BBQing and hanging out with friends.

The kids didn't last long but we did get a few cute pics of them in their costumes. Luke was Bam-Bam and Maddie was Peebles. They were super cute!!! Auntie Erica made the costumes before heading off to Antartica!!!

Luke got to have Halloween a couple of times this year (lucky kid!). On Thursday Curtis brought him to E!. Every year we set up 6 conference rooms with different themes and in each room are different activities and games for the kids to play. There are also parades of the kids and a ton of candy being passed out. It was a lot fun. I did have a monkey costume for Luke to wear but he out grew it already!! Luckily Grammie Leslie had given us a pumpkin costume which he could fit into. He wore the pumpkin costume for my work shindig and for Halloween day while at day care!
